• 3 Nights Boutique Accommodation
A peaceful stay with mountain and river views, indoor/outdoor pool, and spa access.

Outdoor sessions with views of the river and mountains, focusing on grounding, breathing, and meditation.

Qigong & Autumn Energy
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is linked to the lungs and large intestine
— the organs of letting go and processing. Our Qigong supports this natural cycle
with movement, breath, and reflection.
Reflection Time
Use your afternoons and evening circles to explore:
• What am I ready to release?
• What will I carry forward into winter?
• What brings me clarity and nourishment?
Nature Immersion
Walking meditations, mindful breathing, and scenic hikes invite you to deepen your connection with the natural world.
Tips for Your Retreat
• Dress in layers for variable mountain weather and comfy for Qigong practice (no
belt)
• Bring a reusable water bottle and sturdy walking shoes
• Journal daily to anchor your reflections
• Be kind to yourself: rest when needed, and honor your pace

Option 2: €1.500 / Private “Boulder” for 2 persons incl 1 bottle of sparkling wine
